The hotel has a particularly good location close to an amazing national park, the Snaefellsnes Peninsula, and restaurants and shops. I greatly enjoyed the outstandingly accommodating personnel that ensures guests have a quite comfortable stay.

Stayed here for New Year's and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and warm, making for a pleasant sleep. The view of the glacier from the room was stunning, and the hotel's location near Snaefells Glacier National Park was a big plus. Additionally, the self-made croissants during breakfast were absolutely delicious.

One downside was the lack of staff at the hotel. Check-in and check-out were done through codes, which made the experience a bit impersonal.

The breakfast served every morning was varied and delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly. the hotel provided clean, spacious rooms with fully equipped private bathrooms, which made our stay quite comfortable.

The hotel's pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, and the chairs' upholstery was stained and uninviting. the size of the rooms and bathrooms left a lot to be desired, with tiny showers that were difficult to use comfortably.
